Account Ownership Policy
This policy explains who owns CustomerTrackr accounts and the data stored within them.
Account Ownership
Accounts are owned by the organization detailed during signup, if this is a legal entity. If the organization is unincorporated, the account is owned by the individual who signed up for the account.
When you sign up and create a CustomerTrackr account, the person who originally signed up for the account is default designated the primary Account Owner or Manager, but the role can be reassigned. Again, unless the organization is not a legal entity, the account and data held in it is ultimately owned by the organization.
Data Ownership
All data stored in your CustomerTrackr account, including customer information, contacts, notes, and any other content you add to the Service, belongs to the account owner (either the organization or the individual who signed up, as described above).
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any ownership rights to the content you store in your account. You are responsible for the data you upload and store in the Service.
Changing Account Ownership
If you need to change the account owner or manager, please contact our support team. We will work with you to verify the transfer of ownership and ensure the account is properly transferred to the new owner.

Account Access and Permissions
The account owner has full control over the account, including the ability to:
- Add or remove users from the account
- Modify user permissions and access levels
- Change subscription plans and billing information
- Export or delete account data
- Cancel the account
Termination and Data Access
If an account is terminated, either by the account owner or by CustomerTrackr, the account owner retains the right to access and export their data for a reasonable period following termination, subject to our Terms of Service.
