Your plan is a subscription that renews every month or every year, charged to the credit card on file. You can see your plan, your next payment and your invoices on the Settings > Billing page (admin access required).
What the Billing Page Shows
- Plan Management: the status of your plan, the amount of your next payment and its due date, and your current plan.
- Credit Card: the card your plan is charged to.
- Invoices: your latest invoices, marked PAID, or with a Pay Now button when one is unpaid.
How Payments Work
- Your card is charged on the renewal date shown under Next Payment Due.
- Your plan sets how many users your account can have.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- When a payment fails, the invoice stays unpaid. Update your card, then click Pay Now next to the invoice.
